Job Description

We are seeking dedicated 1st Shift Mechanical Assemblers to join our team at a military and defense facility in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves repetitive work in a high-paced production environment, aiming to produce 5000 units per month. The position offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for overtime during the week and on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assemblies in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries.
• Utilize common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, and multimeters.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams.
• Adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
• Ensure high-quality production by following precise mechanical assembly processes.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, professional environment with a large, expanding company that has recently received funding to build a new facility. The role requires working on a 1st shift schedule from 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
