Key Responsibilities

Manage business trip requests and coordinate travel logistics

Review and validate travel-related expense reports and monitor budgets

Source and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms for travel services

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel coordination or service booking

Proficiency in air ticket issuance regulations and travel documentation

Knowledge of travel policies, international customs, and currency regulations

Strong financial literacy skills for budget management and cost analysis

Familiarity with travel software and platforms for booking and itinerary management
