Your role as a Animal Care Clerk

As a Full-Time Animal Care Clerk at the City of Pharr, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our community. You will be the welcoming face for visitors, expertly addressing inquiries related to animal services, lost and found pets, and city ordinances. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of animal intake, city registrations, and microchipping while monitoring essential program dashboards like ShelterLuv and PAWS.

You'll issue and manage work orders, ensuring timely execution with cost-efficiency. Data entry, processing applications, and handling customer interactions will require professionalism and compassion, reflecting our core values. • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service and management.
