About the Opportunity

A fast-growing manufacturer in Fontana is seeking a hands-on Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead safety initiatives at a 350-employee facility. This operation was acquired about a year ago and is transitioning from a "mom-and-pop" structure into a large, modern organization—so culture change will be a major focus.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys building structure, and wants to make a significant impact on safety culture in manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs across a busy manufacturing facility
• Conduct audits, safety training, and awareness programs
• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Perform incident investigations, risk assessments, JSAs, LOTO reviews, and root cause analysis activities
• Develop budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for EH&S initiatives
• Recommend policy and procedural improvements to elevate safety performance
