Job Title : Accounting Associate
Salary : $46,000 - $52,000
Overview :
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support core financial operations. This role focuses on Accounts Payable and Receivable, with additional responsibilities in Payroll and general accounting support. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Process daily invoices and match to packing slips
- Prepare sales / order reports and apply cash receipts
- Match purchase orders to vendor invoices
- Enter invoices with correct GL coding and select for payment
- Handle expense reports, ACH / wire payments, and resolve discrepancies
