Practice Highlights :
255-bed, Level I Trauma Center and Level IV NICU
Affiliated with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center
Close partnership with St. Jude Children's Hospital
5 Pediatric Pulmonologists (PdPs), 4 experienced, highly trained Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Outpatient Clinics : 3 weeks per month
Inpatient Consults : 1 weeks per month
No admitting service responsibilities!
Call : 6 paid weekends per year
Minimal call burden - rare in-hospital duties
Faculty appointment through University of Tennessee
Teaching fellows, residents and medical students

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary : Up to $300,000 (commensurate with role, rank, experience)
Signing Bonus : $25,000 - $50,000
Call Pay Stipend : $3,000 / month ($36,000 / year)
Medical Directorship Stipend : $15,000 - $20,000
Time Off : 24 PTO days / year
12 sick days / year
5 CME days / year + paid holidays
Retirement :
9% employer contribution (LBCH / UT)
