• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 6 pm
• 20 - 24 patients daily with 20-minute appointments
• Outpatient setting
• 20% patient no-show rate
• All age groups served
• No call responsibilities
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
