Growth Associate

A company is looking for a Growth Associate to support its outbound pipeline and go-to-market operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build outbound prospect lists aligned to the company's ideal customer profile (ICP)

Execute targeted outbound outreach to generate new conversations

Maintain high-quality CRM data to support accurate forecasting and reporting

Required Qualifications

1 - 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar go-to-market role

Demonstrated outbound prospecting experience

Interest in using AI tools to enhance GTM processes

Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is preferred
