About the Sustainability Program Associate Position

The Sustainability Program Associate provides clerical and planning support to staff in the Sustainability department, including PUSH Green programming. The Program Associate serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external community members on all matters pertaining to PUSH’s Sustainability and PUSH Green programming.

Key Responsibilities

Manage main phone lines, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Support outreach campaigns, events, and workshops.

Process program applications and maintain accurate databases (Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel).

Assist with intake and reporting for energy efficiency and clean energy programs.

Maintain current knowledge of sustainability program requirements and updates.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; customer service and outreach experience preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Comfortable with community engagement, cold calling, and event support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.

Valid NYS driver’s license; Spanish language skills a plus.
