U.S. Customs Brokerage Specialist

A company is looking for a U.S. Customs Brokerage Specialist (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file accurate U.S. Customs entries and manage clearances for various commodities

Assist with Partner Government Agency (PGA) filings and ensure compliance with CBP regulations

Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve clearance delays or compliance issues

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in U.S. Customs brokerage or import operations

Experience preparing and filing CBP entries in ACE

Understanding of HTS classification, valuation, and duty calculations

Strong knowledge of import compliance and customs documentation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brokerage / entry software
