A company is looking for a Billing Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle support billing tickets and payment disputes

Manage subscription operations for enterprise customers and custom contracts

Collaborate with Finance and Support teams to identify and streamline billing processes

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in billing at a SaaS / PaaS is preferred

Experience with payment tools like Orb, Metronome, and Stripe

Ability to work in the continental United States (EST)

Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

History of working in support or finance operations
