Account Director

US - Remote

$120000 - $150000 & Double OTE

Our Client a B2B Marketing Solutions company are seeking a high-energy Sales professional with existing relationships with media agencies buying leads for B2B IT clients. The ideal candidate excels at finding new agency opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. Were looking for someone hungry to win new business in a competitive landscape while maximizing client lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business from media agencies and cross-sell / up-sell additional solutions
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with top-tier media agencies
  • Execute sales responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Anticipate client needs and offer proactive recommendations
  • Identify and nurture account expansion opportunities
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and prospects

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with over-achievement
  • 1-2 years selling to B2B Media Agencies
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation and Account Based Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Experience forecasting sales projections accurately
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
