A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (WFH).
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions
Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, automation processes, and BI dashboards
Generate and deliver high-quality reports to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus
