Wiles+Taylor & Co., PC is a leading business management and tax consulting firm serving individuals and businesses in the entertainment industry and beyond. Our client base includes award-winning musicians, songwriters, producers, publishing companies, and corporate entities, providing them with expert financial guidance and personalized accounting solutions.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Assistant to handle a variety of financial and administrative tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. Payroll Assistance Support payroll processing and related duties. Bank Reconciliations Ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Vendor Communication Handle payment inquiries, invoicing, and correspondence. Credit Card Analysis & Coding Maintain accurate financial data. Tour & Road Report Reconciliations Track expenses and ensure proper financial reporting. Client & Account Management Support Assist Account Managers with financial tasks and operations.
Education: Degree in Accounting or Music Business preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of office experience or an internship with a business management firm (preferred). Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) in a Windows environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, professional (but fun) workplace
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Primarily office-based with minimal physical demands (occasional lifting/moving of materials under 25 lbs).
