Key Responsibilities :

• Guest Assistance : Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Assist in keeping the trampoline courts and surrounding areas clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adherence to Protocols : Follow instructions and protocols established by management to maintain consistency and quality in guest experiences.
