Salary Range: Based on experience

Job Summary: As RYSEs Social Media & Affiliate Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support RYSEs marketing efforts by managing content planning across all platforms while also overseeing the brands affiliate program. This role involves skillfully managing social media accounts, organizing user-generated content, cultivating audience engagement, growing online communities and brand presence, scheduling athlete shoots, and coordinating with affiliate partners to drive marketing initiatives and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Curate, schedule, and post high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, direct messages, and other online interactions in a timely manner adhering to brand standards
• Source, review, and organize athlete and ambassador user-generated content
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, videographers, editors, and other brand partners to align social content with broader campaigns
• Identify and interact with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential collaborators to develop and fortify a strong online community
• Schedule and organize athlete content shoots
• Stay current with modern social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage the companys affiliate programs, onboarding new affiliate partners and providing them with marketing materials, product samples, and affiliate codes
• Align affiliate efforts with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Track affiliate performance, sales, commissions, and report on status using internal systems
• Maintain consistent communication between the company and its affiliate network

Education and Requirements:

• Experience in a social media coordinator or a related role
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing systems and performance tracking
• Copywriting skills with a strong sense of brand voice
• Able to work at a desk/on a computer or be in the field capturing content for up to 8 hours a day

• Previous experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing programs for consumer brands
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
