Your Role : Driving Project Success

As a Bid Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC and facility management projects, collaborating with internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will support our procurement processes and ensure projects meet safety, health, and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include :

• Develop accurate cost estimates based on detailed business requirements and specifications
• Evaluate potential cost variations and prepare preliminary budgets, even before engineering drawings are available
• Obtain material pricing and organize information to create and submit customer proposals
• Review subcontractor and vendor estimates and facilitate procurement discussions
• Update customers on job status via third-party platforms and coordinate with dispatch for installation scheduling
• Ensure all vendors and products meet safety, health, and environmental standards
• Provide timely cost estimate
