[job_card.job_description]Float between Emergency Department Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Receive training in advanced techniques like ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound. Build leadership skills through Charge Nurse cross-training. Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans. Monitor and advocate for patient safety and wellbeing. Engage patients and families in the care process. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate effective patient care. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Minimum of 18 months of RN experience (preferably in Med / Surg or Telemetry). Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend per 6-week schedule. Active RN license and BLS certification required.

- Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
- Hours Per Week : 36
- Compensation : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000
- Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
- Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200
- RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates)
