Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize outreach and engagement
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
Maintain performance metrics, including a minimum of 250 calls per week
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
Experience or familiarity in the beauty or wellness industry is a strong plus
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach
Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
