Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Must be a registered professional engineer (PE). Expectations:
• Adept in verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD, MicroStation, BlueBeam, RISA 3D, LEAP Concrete, Brass Culvert, and LPile
• Has solid interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Has working knowledge of and the ability to diligently research applicable requirements and regulations.
• Has advanced mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Has working knowledge in applicable technologies.
• Is familiar with Olsson's Quality Management Program.
• Has a general understanding of how the firm operated as a consulting business and how this role contributes to the success of the organization.
• Has a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Represents Olsson in a professional manner at all times

Olsson, Inc. seeks Engineer in Phoenix, AZ responsible for evaluating, designing, and constructing plans for small to large-sized building and infrastructure projects. Will perform standard engineering techniques and procedures while using judgment when making minor adaptations and modifications. Perform process design calculations and analyze reports to prepare cost estimates and determine feasibility of projects. Other duties as assigned. Work from home available within a commuting distance. Requires Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field. 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Demonstrated ability with researching applicable requirements and regulations; Demonstrated advanced mathematical and analytical abilities; Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD, MicroStation, BlueBeam, RISA 3D, LEAP Concrete, Brass Culvert, and LPile; and must be eligible to be licensed as a Civil Engineer in the state of Arizona.
