Are you passionate about helping youth build brighter futures? Join Methodist Home for Children as a Youth Care Worker at our Assessment Center in Winston-Salem. You'll be a mentor, role model, and daily support for youth ages 10-17 as they work toward positive change.
What You'll Do :
- Support and guide youth during their stay
- Lead engaging activities and life skills programming
- Implement individualized service plans
- Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment
- Demonstrate strong ethics, compassion, and professionalism
