AO Swag is the leading supplier of online store solutions for corporations, college, and the Greek market. By utilizing the on-demand production method, we continuously push the status quo on the custom apparel and promotional item industry. We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead with experience using Kornit Machines to help our business meet continuous client needs.

As we continue to grow our business, a hard-working individual with a positive attitude will be successful in this role!

Location : Coppell, Texas

Shifts available :

  • 3rd shift – 10 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)

Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for :

  • Programing production sheets into the appropriate machine
  • Working with management to assist in performance management as needed
  • Onboarding new employees to appropriate workstations
  • Assisting Heat Press (decal) department as needed
  • Providing support to Direct to Garment team
  • Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized
  • Managing order flow through the customization process

    • Requirements :

  • E xperience with Kornit DTG machines
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
  • Ability to pass a background test
  • Occasionally lift heavy boxes / objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and verbal communication skills

    $22-24 an hour
