Family Practice - Without OB Physician

VHs is looking for a Primary Care Physician / Family Practice for a permanent placement in Lakewood, Washington!

$250k plus production

• Community based; independent physician organization is currently searching for a Primary Care Physician to join their group. The group provides comprehensive health care services to residents of beautiful and scenic Pierce County. Many of their physicians have been serving Pierce County since the early 1980s. They're committed to continuing their tradition of caring for people through high-quality, cost-effective medical care in the South Sound Region
• Compensation and Benefits
• $230k full time base salary (guaranteed for 1 year) plus production bonuses
• Potential to earn $300k+ yearly with production bonuses
• Full benefits package covered by employer
• 401k with a 3% match
• 3 weeks PTO
• CME fully covered and time is paid
• Licensing fees fully covered
• Insurance fully covered
• Potential partnership option
• Schedule
• Monday through Friday (flexible hours, 4 or 5 days)
• 32 patient hours
• Take your own call nightly (small number) and rotate weekend call.
