The Patient Accounts Representative is the primary contact with patients regarding their accounts with the practice. This includes managing patient payments, payment plans and self-pay encounters. The Patient Accounts representative is also the primary liaison with the Allergy Department for immunotherapy billing policy compliance with respect to vials as well as payments for self pay allergy therapy. The patient accounts representative will also be a resource for the hearing aid program by handling phone calls and payments related to these charges. The patient accounts representative is also responsible for balancing the patient monies accepted by the front desk daily.
This position is a hybrid position.

The compensation range for this position is $18 to $23. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
