About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspection Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality and compliance of manufactured parts through visual and precision instrument inspection, managing documentation flow, and interfacing with multiple departments and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection on products, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and instructions.
• Conduct non-destructive examinations and maintain proper records.
• Prepare and process Non-Conformance Reports for parts that do not meet specified requirements.
• Document nonconformances in SAP and complete necessary transactions.
• Manage documentation flow, including recorded heat numbers and vendor certifications.
• Witness internal testing procedures to verify accuracy of results.
• Interpret and execute an Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Interface with third-party inspectors to verify completion of required customer requests.
