Seeking a PART TIME LPN to be a part of our team in our beautiful Assisted Living Communiy. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents. The LPN supports residents health, safety, and well being while promoting independence and quality of life. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans, Administer medication and treatments, Assist with coordination of care with physicians, therapist and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and community policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families and care team. Support a positive, respectful and resident-centered environment. This position offers flexible scheduling with day and evenings shifts availble.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in RI
• CPR Certified
• Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Long-Term care: 1 year (Preferred)
