[job_card.job_description]Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab settings Responsible for adult cardiac and electrophysiology cases Day shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts Assignment duration is 13 weeks Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility needs Up to 5 days of requested time off may be allowed but must be made up during the assignment Local candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced rate and specific contract limitations Local staff within 50 miles may complete up to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a required 1-year break from the facility or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the EP Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab specialty Active license required if applicable No expiring certifications within the first 30 days of assignment unless scheduled for renewal Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted No gaps in employment of 90 or more days within the past 12 months High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
