Anesthesiologist

Job details :

1. Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, located at 998 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, NY 11717, requires a MD or

DO to provide anesthesia services. The contractor agrees to provide anesthesia services required for

ECT to the in-patients of Pilgrim PC

Requirements

NYS license & registration

ACLS certified

English or Bilingual (English & Spanish) language.

Credentialing & Privileging at Pilgrim PC as per MSO guidelines.

Scheduled to work at Pilgrim PC for 10 hours / week spread over two mutually agreed upon

working days from 8 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM.

Privileges include assessment of patients and induction of anesthesia to patients undergoing ECT

treatments.

Direct contact between Medical Clinic Personnel and scheduled patients.

Consultation with referring prescriber as clinically indicated.

Documentation of evaluation and assessment of patients along with procedure notes will be given

in clear concise form and provide detailed information on the patient as per CMS Standards.

Evaluations will conform to the format now in use at Pilgrim PC.

Participation in trainings required for a consultant at Pilgrim PC.

Any other assigned duties as needed to comply with applicable Federal and State regulations.

Job Types : Part-time, Contract

Pay : $225.00 per hour

Expected hours : 10 - 20 per week
