• Safety improvements with focus on PPE and Stop Call Wait.
• Assist Supervisor to improve product flow throughout the plant safely.
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• D365 navigation skills to assist with training Techs and troubleshooting problems.
• Assist Supervisor and Process Engineering for technician certifications and operation training records.
• Writing procedures as needed to implement 5S and Kaizen activities ongoing improvements.
• Ability to work with QIE to implement changes in the Quality Procedures, Team Notes and Production Check sheets.
• Assisting Supervisor with daily tasks and be able to cover shifts in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Able to assist to delegate personnel, maintain product flow on all 6 product lines.
• Communicate with Production Control to make sure daily plans are achieved through Production Scheduling and Product Flow.
• Work with Production team to reduce Nonconforming products.
• Work with Supervisor reduce scrap and rework.
