Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure order accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service and expo areas. Remove empty plates, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Support other team members during peak service hours. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly, accurately, and in perfect condition. This position bridges the kitchen and dining room, maintaining clear communication between chefs and servers while delivering dishes with care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
