Position Overview:

The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and coordinating with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
• Prepare accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and submit supplments as needed
• Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines to customers
• Coordinate with technicians and parts supplies to ensure efficient repairs
• Update estimates when additional damage is discovered
• Maintain proper documentation, photos, and repair records
• Ensure repairs meet OEM,insurance, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a body shop or collision estimator preferred
• Knowledge of collision repair process and materials
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
