[job_card.job_description]Advanced rework of CCAs, including BGA, QFN, SMT, through-hole, and high-density components Hand and reflow soldering; inspection using microscopes and testing equipment Troubleshoot assemblies and develop rework procedures Mechanical assembly : installing hardware, aligning components, and applying adhesives / epoxies Collaborate with engineering to resolve design / manufacturing issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace 5+ years in soldering and advanced rework Strong knowledge of electronics assembly and repair principles Proficient with soldering and inspection equipment (microscopes, X-ray, reflow ovens) Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail IPC-610 experience required (certification not mandatory)

Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Solder Assembler to perform advanced rework on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and mechanical assembly tasks. The ideal candidate has strong soldering and rework experience, attention to detail, and experience with complex electronic assemblies.
