US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. We are currently seeking a unique individual with supply chain skills to assist in our enterprise procurement processes.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment inventories, storage, issue, shipping and receiving, stakeholder interactions, and providing input into process and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with the software team and INDOPACOM leadership to provide coverage on all software related functions for the CCMD to include renewals, new purchases, updates, and tracking.
• Support annual efforts of spend-down materials and spares and update data on department SharePoint.
• Facilitate all inventory efforts locally and remote and provide weekly and monthly status reporting to appropriate leadership for all property titles within INDOPACOM.
• Provide updates to the system of record database, provide additional assistance with logistical support of designated site codes under INDOPACOM, and generate weekly and monthly reporting analysis of existing capabilities and challenges.
• Provide support efforts for locally stored equipment, while providing accountability of location and lifecycle information.
• Assist with all disposal actions and mandatory documentation for record keeping.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,174 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
