What we offer our COTA's :

• Base Compensation Range : $25.58-$36.74 an hour (for all worked hours), dependent on experience
• Attainable, clinician-designed bi-weekly bonus (up to $6,500 / yearly)
• 29 days of paid time off (20 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, and 2 paid professional development days)
