Full Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Service Manager ! We are looking for high energy, systems-based managers that are capable of leading our teams and enhancing the experience of our guests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

2-5 years of high volume, full-service and upscale, casual restaurant management experience

Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere

Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people

Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing

Kitchen management experience is a plus!

Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks

Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong organization and listening skills

Eye for detail

Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Must have reliable means of transportation

Must have the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift

Must have the ability to lift some heavy items
