A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid user acquisition and revenue growth across East Asia.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and scale full-funnel paid media campaigns across East Asian platforms
Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with LTV-based optimization
Manage large monthly budgets while meeting strict CPA, ROAS, and retention KPIs
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media / performance marketing
Deep understanding of Japan, Korea, and China ad ecosystems
Proven track record of scaling campaigns in high-growth environments
Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets across multiple channels
Highly preferred : candidates native to Japan, Korea, or Mainland China
