M365 Exchange Senior Administrator

Midtown Location (Tampa)

Our local utility client is looking for a M365 / Exchange Online Administrator. The right candidate must have a strong background in maintaining complex global directory environments and a strong background in supporting Exchange email, on-premises, hybrid, and online.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining and supporting Exchange and tools associated with Exchange, including Proofpoint.
  • Processing requests and incidents related to Exchange and M365.
  • Generate and / or implement ideas for improving our utilization of M365 applications that will enhance user experience and optimize administration, including best practice integrations and automations.
  • Communicating service directions, features, and roadmaps.
  • Liaising, training, and supporting the operational team.

Required Skills :

  • PowerShell knowledge
  • Experience with M365 / Exchange Online
  • M365 Licensing knowledge
  • AD and Azure AD admin skills / Management Groups / Account Management
  • Exchange Online, Archiving, Legal Hold
  • Proofpoint email protection
  • Data Leak Prevention (DLP)
  • Azure Information Protection (AIP)
