The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Gainsight Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Gainsight solutions within a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands?on experience with Gainsight implementations , strong analytical and solution?design skills, and a solid understanding of Reports, Dashboards, and Rules Engine . Experience or knowledge of AI?driven insights or predictive analytics is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support end?to?end Gainsight implementations , from requirements gathering to post?deployment validation.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales Operations, and IT) to define business needs and translate them into scalable Gainsight solutions.
• Design and configure Reports, Dashboards, and Rules Engine to automate workflows and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop solution design documentation , user stories, and data mapping specifications.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate data integration from various systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
• Support adoption and training of end?users through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Explore and apply AI?driven capabilities (predictive scoring, customer health analytics, etc.) to enhance Gainsight functionality.
