[job_card.job_description]Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during your shift. Collaborate with management to assess the quality of patient care and implement improvements. Foster teamwork and support a patient-first environment. Assist with staff scheduling and manage healthcare resources efficiently. Participate in training and developing staff, addressing any conflicts, and completing performance evaluations. Oversee inventory control and manage supply needs for the unit. Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Active RN license in practice state. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
