A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the operational activities of the Accounts Payable department.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with Purchasing Agent and Department Managers to verify receipt of purchases
Matches invoices and receiving documents to Purchase Orders
Researches and resolves vendor inquiries and reconciles vendor statements
Required Qualifications
Associates' degree in Accounting
Minimum 5+ years accounting experience
Familiarity with entering and processing invoices
Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or similar ERP systems is a plus
