Saint Luke's East Hospital is hiring an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to be a vital part of our fast-paced and collaborative ER team. If you thrive in high-acuity situations and are passionate about delivering excellent care, this is the opportunity for you.

Shift Details :

Full Time Nights

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Coordinate care for a group of assigned patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Delegate and supervise care tasks to other staff

Proactively consult with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards

What We're Looking For :

Patient-centered, team-oriented professionals with strong clinical judgment

Self-driven, motivated individuals who excel in critical thinking and multitasking

RNs who are passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience :

Less than 1 year
