We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The position requires close collaboration with inter-company departments. Plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing department, serving colleges, universities, and higher education institutions with high-quality printed certificates, diplomas, and diploma covers.
Duties
- Update, maintain, and manage client relationship management system (CRM).
- Generating internal sales schedule based on individual client contract needs.
- Anticipate and manages the client’s diploma cover orders and shipments through effective and professional communication with clients.
- Assist in researching and addressing departmental related client questions or concerns directly with the Client Relations, Accounting and Sales teams.
- Production pre-flight ensuring that all production specs are provided to the appropriate departments in line with client expectations.
- Ongoing inventory and organization, including the maintenance of client-provided cover inventory and Paradigm-produced cover inventory.
- Assist in on-going inspection of job quality from conception to production of final product.
- Generate individual sales order required for client shipments.
- Responsible for coordination, scheduling and tracking of all department related shipments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, in a professionally and grammatically-correct manner where needed or when required with clients, service providers, and fellow employees.
- Assist with all other tasks and duties (both in and across departments) as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Client Record Management) preferred.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Physically able to push / pull / lift / carry supplies and various works in progress of at least 15-20 poundsPhysically able to bend / kneel / walk / stand, in tandem with cart, stepstools or rolling ladders, to access supplies and various works in progress or other materials as needed in storage rooms or production areasGeneral Expectations
