You'll be the go-to technical guru and helps mentor our existing office and field teams. Think of this as your chance to help level up the entire Chicago surveying group, from expanding our client base to building our tech stack and capabilities.

You'll be working under a senior professional land surveyor who has a Large National Presence in the Land Surveying / Geospatial Industry. This mentorship is invaluable to the next up and coming Land Surveying Professional, that wishes to grow their career exponentially on a personal and national level here at CEC .

What You'll Be Doing :

Tech & Quality Champion : Be the final word on technical excellence . You'll ensure our work is top-tier by running Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) , setting the gold standard for office and field procedures,

• Mentor & Team Builder : Help our talented staff grow their careers through hands-on mentoring and training. You'll also be key in recruiting the next generation of all-star surveyors.
• Project Leadership : Take the reins on exciting projects from start to finish. This includes crafting proposals , keeping project budgets on track, and managing the finances.
