Now Hiring! Job Coaches / Direct Support Providers for ABA Day Program - Weekends Off Guaranteed hours

Starting Pay $19.50 $22.00

• Upon completing 4 months of employment, hourly pay will be increased to $20 hourly.
• Team members with the desire to grow, can earn an additional $1 hourly for level 3 and $2 hourly for level 4.
• Additional pay for AA / Bachelors degree
• Additional pay for RBT. RBT training available IN HOUSE
• AEC runs a 1 : 2 service ratio; 1 team member to two persons served
