Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support a team in a dynamic office environment.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls and provide assistance.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for efficient access.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide customer support through effective phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
- Take and enter customers orders
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks as necessary, including managing invoices and payments.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is essential.Excellent computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask in a busy environmentPay Rate : $19 - 22 / hr
Hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
