Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical conditions by reviewing their charts.
• Determine the medical necessity of requested products by the patient.
• Electronically sign prescription medications upon completion of consultations.
• Your contact information will remain completely private at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed provider for commercial insurance and/or Medicare.
• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe medications in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
