A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday).
Key Responsibilities
Support cross-functional projects across all Workday functional areas
Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements
Capture business process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws, and practices
Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems is preferred
Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
