Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking four experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Fresno, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality recovery care to patients following surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Provide immediate post-operative care, focusing on stabilization and recovery.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized recovery plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and post-operative care instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
