Bronx Sidewalk Cleaning Supervisor (CCC)

Hours :  Full-time (40 hours each week)

Work days :  Monday - Friday

Day-time Shift : Shift 6 : 30 AM  sharp  to 3 : 00 PM (with 30 min lunch break)

Job Site Locations :  Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to cleaners
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Responsible for company vehicle and equipment
• Train new employees
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
