This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are LGPCs, LMSWs, or LCSW-Cs seeking clinical experience in a collaborative setting. We provide flexible scheduling, clinical supervision, and support for full licensure to help you thrive both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, incorporating clients’ strengths, challenges, and cultural factors into treatment planning

• Diagnose mental health conditions and develop person-centered, goal-driven treatment plans

• Provide individual and/or group therapy in-person, virtually, or in community-based settings

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed

• Collaborate with internal team members, family supports, and external service providers to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Carelon Behavioral Health, COMAR regulations and ACHC standards

• Carry and manage a caseload of 15 or more clients while ensuring high quality clinical care

• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical interactions

• Stay informed about evolving clinical best practices, regulations, and treatment approaches

Qualifications:

Required Licensure (Maryland):

• LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW

• LCPC, LGPC

• LCMFT, LCADC

We welcome candidates who are working toward full licensure. Clinical supervision is available for LGPC and LMSW candidates.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred but not required

• Familiarity with community-based mental health systems and resources

• Proficiency in EHR systems and virtual care platforms

• Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

• Adaptability to changes in state and national behavioral health policies

• A commitment to learning, growth, and delivering client-centered care
